Call Audit Information and Forms

ALS call audits shall be conducted in a manner similar to grand rounds, with case presentation by the ALS providers. REMAC has established the following guidelines for ALS call audits: 

1.     ALS call audits must be conducted or overseen by a Westchester REMAC certified physician. 
2.     All cases should be presented by ALS providers or physicians
3.     Cases should be rotated among ALS providers
4.     Hospital follow-up is encouraged as an educational tool
5.     Call audits should address an academic theme (i.e. chest pain)
6.     Call audits should be a minimum of one (1) hour in duration
7.     Call audits should be pared with a CME topic

Call Audits shall be reported to the Westchester REMAC by the Sponsor using a CME/CA Attendance Sheet.

Providers must obtain proof of attendance by completing a CME/CA Student Form and having it signed by the Physician conducting the audit.

 

CME Information and Forms

CME Programs must be reported to the Westchester REMAC by the Sponsor using a CME/CA Attendance Sheet.

Providers must obtain proof of attendance by completing a CME/CA Student Form and having it signed by the Instructor conducting the CME.
