Physician Credentialing

Physicians are credentialed to provide Online Medical Control.

New physicians should submit:
-Completed Application signed by ED director
-Required documents specified on application
-Completed OLMC exam answer sheet
Complete packets can be faxed or emailed to the Regional EMS office.

This is a one-time credentialing process with the Westchester REMAC. Westchester County Regional Hospitals maintain their personnel status for OLMC.
